We are aware that social distancing and personal hygiene are keys to prevent COVID 19 infections. Apart from this we will also like to inform all our stakeholders the importance of having a balance diet in boosting immunity. We need to focus on increasing intake of protein for boosting immunity as our diet is rich in carbohydrates and deficient in proteins. Balance diet, daily exercise for 45 minutes at home and adequate sleep will definitely boost immunity.

These are general principles we can follow to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses, including:
1. Washing your hands more often - with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use a hand sanitizer when you get into work, when you blow your nose, sneeze or cough, eat or handle food
2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
3. Avoid close contact with people who have symptoms
4. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in a bin and wash your hands
5. Clean and disinfect all surfaces 3 times a day
6. Office surfaces includes office sitting chairs, desks, all door knobs, canteen, all food keeping
platforms, washing sinks-taps, etc.
7. Avoid unnecessary contact with handrails any other areas
